ou’ve built the business. You’ve figured out a lot along the way. But that doesn’t mean you have to figure out everything on your own.
Sometimes you need someone outside of the day to day to talk through what’s working, what isn’t, where you’re trying to go and what actually needs your attention next.
That’s where I come in.
What does coaching with me look like?
Honestly, it depends on what’s happening in your business.
Maybe you have a million ideas and can’t figure out which one deserves your attention. Maybe you’ve hit a growth point where the way you’ve always done things isn’t working anymore. Maybe your systems are a mess, you need to make some decisions, or you know exactly what you need to do and just aren’t doing it.
We can work through things like business strategy, priorities, systems and processes, your offers, team and delegation, numbers, accountability and what growth actually looks like for you.
You bring the business. We’ll figure out what needs our attention.
I’m not here to run your business for you.
My job is to help you step outside of it long enough to see what’s really going on.
I’ll ask questions. I’ll challenge you when I think you need it. I’ll share what I’ve learned from building and running my own businesses. We’ll make decisions, figure out the next steps and then I’m going to expect you to actually do them.
And when we uncover something that needs to be built, automated or handed off, we’ll figure out the best way to make that happen without turning our coaching calls into implementation sessions.
